Lee Tripi is an innately talented and method trained architectural designer, consultant and artist/painter. His latest series of paintings on paper are a study in what the Japanese call Yasei No Hana, loosely translated as flowers of nature. The sharp contrasts of colors and texture draws the viewer’s attention. It is the black on white with shocks of bright red that create a profound effect, gobbling up light like a mythical light eating dragon.
Lee Tripi’s art and design work champion's an objective with one singular focus. It’s a dedicated effort to show the client a better way of living. Whether its derived from his art or architectural design, he infuses his lifelong study of Buddhism into every endeavor. Every client/consultant relationship is an engagement in contemplation and thoughtful intention to create environments that are mindful of what makes us happy, peaceful and enlightened.
